Professional Audiobook Audio Services
Stop Fighting Your Audio.
Start Delivering Better Stories.
You recorded the performance.
Now your audio needs to sound clean, controlled, consistent, and professional.
Whether your narration sounds muddy, boxy, harsh, noisy, thin, overly compressed, or simply not quite right, I can help identify the problem and build a practical solution.
I provide audio evaluations, custom processing-chain development, and professional audiobook audio processing for narrators, authors, producers, podcasters, and voice actors.

Not every narrator wants to become an audio engineer.
You may not have time to learn noise reduction, equalization, compression, de-essing, loudness management, and mastering while also trying to deliver a great performance.
Send me your recorded audio, and I will professionally process it for you.
Depending on the condition of the original recording, processing may include:
Background-noise reduction
Hum reduction
Mouth-click cleanup
De-essing
Corrective equalization
Compression and dynamic control
Low-frequency cleanup
Loudness adjustment
Peak control
Final technical review
The goal is not to make your voice sound artificial.
The goal is to present the best version of your natural voice.

Before-and-After Sample
The best way to understand professional audio processing is to hear it.
Use headphones and compare the unprocessed recording with the finished version below.
Every voice and recording environment is different. Results depend on the quality of the original recording, but even a short sample can reveal what is possible.
Hear The Difference
Listen to the exact same recording before and after professional processing.

Your voice sounds harsh or overly bright
Mouth clicks are distracting

Important Project Information
Audio processing can improve a recording, but it cannot completely replace a suitable recording environment, proper microphone technique, clean source audio, or careful performance editing.
Services are performed using professional audiobook-production techniques with the goal of delivering clean, consistent spoken-word audio.
Technical compliance and final platform acceptance depend on the original recording, editing quality, project requirements, and the final assembled production.
For full-length projects, I will review a representative sample before accepting the work.

Start With a Free Sample Review
Send me 30 - 60 seconds of representative audio.
I will listen for the most important issue affecting your sound and let you know which service is likely to help.
There is no obligation to purchase.

Can you work with MP3 files?
Yes. High-quality MP3 files can be processed, although uncompressed WAV files usually provide more flexibility and better results.
Should I send raw or processed audio?
Raw, unprocessed audio is strongly preferred. If you only have processed audio, send a sample and I will determine what can reasonably be improved.
Do you remove mistakes and retakes?
Standard processing does not include complete proofing or performance editing. Removal of mistakes, retakes, repeated lines, and long pauses can be added to a custom quote.
Can you guarantee that my audiobook will be accepted?
No professional should guarantee acceptance without reviewing the complete production. I process audio using established spoken-word production practices, but final acceptance also depends on editing, file formatting, source quality, performance, and platform requirements.
Can you fix a bad recording?
Some problems can be reduced significantly. Others, including severe clipping, heavy echo, distortion, and extremely loud background noise, may require rerecording. I will be honest when rerecording is the better option.
How long does processing take?
Turnaround depends on the length and condition of the project. A delivery estimate will be provided after the sample review.
Do you offer revisions?
Reasonable revisions are available according to the service purchased. Full-length project terms will be outlined before work begins.
